**The Baristo NOrg is a nonprofit organization, a 501(c)(4) status as per our Bylaws. All Memberships are FREE. However, voluntary donations are always helpful and appreciated. Board members are expressly prohibited from accepting funds for personal use or by profiting from any business related to the NOrg.
